You have the option of determining OEE data either on one or more machines individually or in the context of the entire manufacturing process. In this case, the data from all machines will be collected, integrated into the existing ERP infrastructure and merged into a complete OEE calculation, extended e.g. by the order data from the ERP system. The result is a networked, highly efficient overall solution along all production processes, in which the interdependencies between upstream and downstream processes as well as between materials, machines, employees and departments become visible - in real time.

We have developed the SLA-OEE module together with our partner, the SLA Software Logistik Artland GmbH. It will be linked to the existing ERP system - no matter which one you use - via the SLA Connector. This ensures that data from resource planning will be linked to the data provided by the machines. There are no limits to our OEE management: Every machine, regardless of the existence of a PLC, can be connected via an SLA Smart-Box. The data will be clearly visualized on a live cockpit and the adjusting screws with the greatest need for optimization will be visible. At the end of the day, you know exactly what effects an improvement measure would have and how it would influence the entire process.

Understand the interrelationships of the collected data and find out all the background information about the performance, availability and quality in your production. The reasons for the disruption can be recorded directly on the machine using the app or web (e.g. "waiting for material") or will be provided via real-time communication with the machine (e.g. "lack of compressed air").
The recording of the cause of the disturbance provides information on the following questions:
- When and why do standstills occur?
- At what speed do the machines operate and at what times?
- Does the early shift work as effectively as the late shift?

How does the OEE tool make my machines more effective?
Our OEE tool ensures that maximum utilization of your machines will be achieved. At the same time, downtimes will be reduced and efficiency increased. In addition, the OEE tool shows which machines are powerful or weak and thus facilitates production planning or the sorting out of unprofitable machines.
Does OEE also support machine maintenance?
Yes! Through constant monitoring of the machines and real-time transmission of all machine and production data to the relevant departments, the life cycle of each machine can be monitored very precisely and with foresight. This makes preventive maintenance possible and prevents imminent failures.
How do I know that a machine has a problem or is at a standstill?
As soon as a machine comes to a standstill, the OEE tool sends an automatically generated message that appears in real time via pop-up notification to the responsible employee in the app or desktop application. The employee immediately knows which machine is involved and what problem it has (e.g. oil change required).
How do I get the evaluated information?
All recorded data that is generated during a machine run will be reliably stored in your system in real time and processed into information. These can then be called up and visualized on any mobile device and from anywhere in the world.

Yes, in many ways! The fact that the machines work more efficiently with the help of the tool, have fewer downtimes and maintenance only takes place when really needed, already results in personnel and financial savings here. Of course, there are further savings in many other process steps as well.
